Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of SchemaTools credits. They supplement our Terms of Service.

1. Seller

Credits are sold by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), the merchant of record: Polar sells the credits to you, processes the payment, collects any applicable VAT or sales tax, issues your receipt or invoice and processes refunds. Polar's buyer terms also apply to your purchases.

The Service itself is provided by SchemaTools, Istanbul, Türkiye (schematoolssupp@outlook.com). Questions about the product, your credits or your account are always handled by us.

2. What you buy

Credits are a digital product used in SchemaTools for DXF/DWG exports (5 credits) and automatic imports (creating a schematic from an Excel template 10, importing from Revit 30 credits per model; later imports of the same model are free). The cost is shown before every action.

100 Credits100 creditsUSD 12
200 Credits200 creditsUSD 22
500 Credits500 creditsUSD 50
1000 Credits1000 creditsUSD 90

Credits are one-time purchases; there is no subscription and you will not be charged again automatically. Where applicable, taxes are added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay.

3. Payment and delivery

You pay by credit or debit card (or another method offered at checkout) through our payment providers. When the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your SchemaTools account immediately and automatically; there is no physical delivery. If credits do not appear within a few minutes, contact us.

4. Use of credits

Credits do not expire while your account is active. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under applicable consumer law (including EU/UK rules on digital content and Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts), you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the credits are delivered. This does not affect the voluntary refunds described in our Refund Policy or your statutory rights if the Service is faulty.

6. Disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts of their place of residence; consumers in the EU or UK keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
